Delightful Dawlish Warren 5 Day

Day 1

Travel to Dawlish Warren, with a comfort stop en route. Take some time to explore the hotel's gardens or relax on the terrace overlooking the sea before dinner.

Day 2

This morning, we visit the charming coastal town of Teignmouth. Enjoy time to stroll along the promenade, explore the town centre, or relax with a coffee by the sea. In the afternoon, we return to the hotel where you can unwind with wonderful sea views and take a dip in the outdoor or indoor pools. Enjoy a walk directly from the hotel's gardens along the seafront and beach, adjacent to the railway.

Day 3

This morning we visit the cathedral city of Exeter for some free time. We then continue to the seaside resort of Exmouth, where artists and poets have been inspired over the centuries, for a relaxing River Exe circular cruise, with live commentary on the sights, history and wildlife of the surrounding area.

Day 4

We head to Buckfast Abbey, a place of beauty and tranquillity on the banks of the River Dart, home to a working community of monks. Renowned for the stunning Abbey Church, immersive Monastic Way Exhibition, extensive grounds and gardens, you could also enjoy a delicious cream tea in the restaurant. This afternoon we visit the charming market town of Totnes, set on the River Dart. With its historic streets, independent shops, cosy cafés and riverside setting, you'll have free time to explore at your own pace and soak up the unique atmosphere of this vibrant Devon town.

Day 5

Sadly it is time to head for home, making comfort stops en route.
